I recently went to the Arnold Sports Festival in Columbus, OH. It's mainly about bodybuilding, but they have some other events going on. Thursday night, we went to the Amateur Figure and Fitness competition and right in the lineup was a lovely lady with SISTERLOCKS! I was so happy that I texted my consultant right then and there! I said it would be great if I could meet her and say hi, but that night it didn't happen.
Well, Saturday afternoon, I saw her again. Her name is Lorna Cavin, and she is from CA. She is 50 years young! She doesn't look it at all! Here is your shout out Ms. Lorna! You did great this past weekend and it was a joy meeting you!
Also this weekend, I have a renewed spirit and am going to get back on the getting fit wagon! My goal is to look as good as the figure competitors that I saw this weekend. That would mean I would have to lose about 90 pounds. I am up for the challenge, and I could use any help and support that would help me reach my goal.
Enough rambling for now........off to wash my hair........

Damn I like that! Sisterlocked and just locked divas on a whole need to be representing a lot more, I want to see us in main stream music, in music videos, in America's Next Top Model, in sports. So when I see this beauty macking in body building it's awesome, and she looks really great at her age. Looking forward to seeing your pictures soon. :)
